New Clear-Mount Rubber Stamps by Stampin' Up!

Over the past few years, there has been enormous demand for a line of repositionable clear-mount rubber stamps. Starting with stamps in the 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog and the 2010 Sale-A-Bration Brochure,(available January 5th) Stampin' Up! now offers our exclusive stamp art in both traditional wood-mount, and the new clear-mount option.

Nine different sizes of clear blocks available individually or as a discounted bundle.

Blocks have ergonomic grooves on all four sides for easy grip and traditional wood-mount feel.

Stamps and blocks are durable and easy to clean with your Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist.

Optional image labels on stamp backs let you decide if you want to see the image through the block or not.

Tight die-cutting for easy image positioning.

Large clear blocks can be used to create collages or spell words with alphabet sets.

Stamps store easily in standard, DVD-type cases with artwork on front and spine, making organization easy.

Please visit my website to view the catalog(s) or leave a comment and I will send you one! :)

New Punch Design!! Yipee!

Starting with the new 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog available January 5th, and continuing with all new punch designs going forward, Stampin' Up! has adopted a new body style for our punches!

A few features of the new punch style:

  • Low-profile, rectangular punch body allows for easier stacking and storing
  • Punches lock shut for easier storage and transport
  • Dual labels on top and end allow for easy identification and selection when stored
  • Available in three sizes: small, medium, and extra-large
  • New punches allow for larger punched images and more intricate designs while providing greater ease of use.
  • Extra -large punch images also allow for two-step designs like the Two-Step Bird punch in the Occasions Mini Catalog
  • Corner punches allow you to punch a corner design along the inside edges of a page, not just corners
  • Larger, whole-hand handle design provides better leverage for easier use
  • Available in an exclusive Stampin' Up! color

My Digital Studio Christmas Card

Seasons Greetings!

I am so excited to share our Christmas card for 2009.  I created it using "My Digital Studio".  It was so quick and easy!  I did make a little boo boo in making it 6 x 6", but I really liked these proportions and didn't want to change it...  Now I have to hunt for envelopes it will fit in and pay a little extra postage to mail them out.  (uh-oh...)  Hee, hee, what we do for the love of stamping/scrapping! :p

Oh my!  They look so grown up!  This is their Dance Team photo.

Wow! This was a great post!  It combines family and stamping! :)

Thanks for stopping by!  Happy Stampin'!

Peppermint Patties Anyone?

I made some of these cute Peppermint Patty sets after seeing it here.  They are cute and simple to make.  I was also thinking about all the different possibilities--this idea can be adapted to any occasion!

If you would like to place an order to make these--great for co-workers, teachers, friends...please visit my Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Website by clicking here and you will be redirected.

Soft and Merry

This card was one of the prototypes for my Christmas Stamp-A Stack.  The gals made 5 each of 3different cards.  I ended up designing all the cards around the Sleigh Bells ribbon.  See this post for Stamp-A-Stack cards:  http://sunnystampinsmiles.blogspot.com/2009/11/christmas-is-in-air.html

My inspiration for this card was a Christmas present.  Using Whisper White card stock for the base and Soft Suede card stock for the top layer and the accent, I used the Merry Embosslit (116820) to make the "gift tag".  I just love embosslits!  Cut and emboss in one step!  Lickidee-split!  Just like that! :)  The snowflake on the tag is from Best Wishes & More (111602) and is "inked up" with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint (116806) using a Sponge dauber (102892).  Isn't it purtee?  I random stamped the top layer with the same snowflake in Versamark (102283) and tied some White Organza Ribbon (114319) around to give it the "present" look.  Then I added the tag with some Gold Elastic cord (109867).  If you would like to order any/all of the items to make this simple and elegant card, please click here and you be directed to my Stampin' Up! demonstrator website.

Thank you for visiting!  Happy Stampin'!

Healthy Habits for Kindergartners

In early November, Kurt and I were included in Healthy Habits Day for Leah's class.  Of course, he was asked to talk about oral health...   We had a great time with the children.  Here's Kurt demonstrating good brushing technique to the children.  They are wearing pillow cases to simulate teeth and he is now brushing the backs of the teeth--which we all should do in addition to the front, top and cleaning in between with floss.  The children just love this part and their giggles are contagious!

I just had to share the adorable Thank You note we received...

Isn't it just precious?!  And of course I have to share with you a close up of Leah's face...

We enjoy sharing dental health with the children every year.

Ok, that's two posts in one day and no stamping!

Oh wait, I have to share a photo of Mari celebrating her 8th birthday with a Birthday Spam Musubi at  Gyotaku--her favorite restaurant and the place she said she'd like to work at along with the Hello Kitty store...(I wonder why...)

Another photo of her sporting her new eyewear.

When did our little Marizipan get so grown up!?

Thanks for letting me share!  Please check back for some stamping...

Until then,
jane

All I Want For Christmas...

Just had to share this photo of Leah the morning after losing her upper front tooth - - #E as we call it in dental lingo... :)  As you can see, she has that "just-woke-up-hair-do".  Anyway, I'm a bit saddened by how fast our little ones are growing up! Sniffle, sniffle...  The other one is pretty loose, I'm wondering if it'll hang on til after the 25th.   Hmmm we'll see... Here's wishing you all a "Merry Chrith-mith"!
